It has been said before but I am going to say it again: Anyone who cries at getting killed/raided in a open-pvp, permadeath, full loot game has to rethink what they expect from said game. Also imho the biggest loss when dying is loosing your kin-list.

I agree, i never died, so i do not know if you can inherit your kinlist or not, but it would be a nice feature !

Inheriting your kin list will never happen. One of the benefits of killing someone who has you memorized is that they can't describe you to someone else after that. Just rekin. Anyone you want to keep in contact with you should have on the forums or added in an IM of some kind anyways.

I got pk'd by a relentless snake lost 10 cooked deer (that I had just stolen), was very pissed. Then found out couldn't mule to my main cause different towns are on different servers. After stealing 200 silver of loot, I discovered swimming without phlem equals loss of all loot. But did I quit - NO.
PK's are expected, says in the game description. Snakes, different servers, and no 'Boston', water wasting are not. Stick around and learn, it is beta the best time to experiment, in a few days there may be a wipe and you will start again.
I will miss taking your loots.

Player killed by a snake? It wasn't by a player, nor were you killed.
