Are new signups for BETA testing closed?

I was trying to get a friend to come check the place out but the BETA Signups counter just keeps resetting to 24 hours.
Are they not accepting anymore testers?

Due to horrible luck and rotten glitches I'm forced to make a new character and I would very much like to bring someone along if possible.

That's strange, it really is closed. No more keys being given out.

You can still get a key from mmorpg.com

In order to get a new key (469 still available) you will need a free mmorpg.com account. If you previously used the special offer available on the site, you will need to create a new account to get a valid key. I just tested it with a new email account and a new mmorpg account.

That's because the timer keeps resetting so it looks like the beta is closed to new people. So of course they arn't getting any bigger

It seems they give out any keys every day.

When i click on "Join Beta" then is there:
58 codes remaining today

or the fact this game has zero content other then farming, warll spam and "pvp" which is terrible
