Unable to Launch Application Error - Fix

I was unable to launch multiple times. I made sure I had the most up to date version of java. I went to the java control panel and turned the security tab to "low'. Applied settings. Launch game and it worked. Hope this helps others.

PS- I am using a Windows 8 PC.

Thanks for this tip! If you don't mind, was Java giving any specific errors? I'd have to look it up, but seems like Java spits something out at you when security blocks an app.
