I cant download??

Here is what i get from my graphic card software.....I cant see the thing you told me to remove.

I can't read that, but in would be under gaming->3d application settings, and at the very bottom is a spot that says OpenGL Settings. Uncheck the only box there that says Triple Buffering.

Your previous screenshots of the black screen looks like you might need to reinstall your video drivers, but it could be a number of other things as well.

Thank you, i checked, and its already set to off. Maybe its my graphic card, I bought it 1 week ago, but i went on the amd web site and downloaded the latest update. Looks like it wont be for me.

First thing to try: clear the Java cache out and download Salem again. This probably won't fix it, but it's the easiest thing to try.

Next: Remove Java from your computer. Make sure you reboot. Find a utility on the Internet for cleaning Java out completely. Reboot again. Reinstall the latest version of Java. This may fix the problem. (Sometimes the Java installer breaks something when patching. It's one of several issues with using Java.)

After this: I have a few thoughts, but they're very technical and not ones I can describe easily. I could probably do them if I were sitting at the computer, but I'm horrible at remote troubleshooting of network issues.

Just did both exactly as you said and still the same thing, it download the aplication then after a white widow written salem on the top left corner is poping and nothing else happen, but i can see the app java.exe 32 runing 433 000 k of my memory

I should have title this I cant launch, because it lokks like it does download but it doesnt launch

At this point, it looks like it's one of two things.

First, the easier: Make sure video drivers are properly updated. Check on AMD's website. Near the top of the page under the main site menu there's a drop-down box labeled "Find a driver." Click that and select the proper information and do the search. (You can also use auto-detect if you're not sure.) Download and follow the instructions that should be on the same page. The basic idea is to remove all current driver software and management programs, reboot the computer, and when you log on, run the installation utility. Skip Windows' auto-install wizard!

Second: it could yet be the network issue. If you're not familiar with adjusting network configurations, you might want to ask a friend for help that is familiar. You need to make sure your security software is configured correctly as well as any routers or other connections your network feeds through. Java needs to be allowed to run apps (java.exe, javaws.exe) and the proper ports need to be open so that the server and client can communicate (TCP 1871, UDP 1870).

It may yet be another issue, but it's not one I can help you with at this point.

Thank you very much to all of you, the problem has just been resolved, so what was the problem?????

Java was the probleme for sure, they just released an update and my computer auto updated java at the moment, then i tried the game right after that and it worked

Glad to hear it was resolved. Sorry we couldn't be any more help than that. The most recent release of Java has been plagued with a wide variety of issues.
