Uh yeah, when I now think of all the ways one could abuse this... it doesn't seem like such a good idea. For one it's way too easy to just place it far away due to the distance the warning objects cover, thus making the object very hard to find. Not to mention you could probably put your own claim over the warning object and would make it indestructable with that. And I have to mention again, this doesn't really discourage wall stacking.

Why not simply put a ram system in, ram needed to break stone hedge and better walls and is destructable the last 4h or so of it's "drying" time. Of course less people with lower phlegm would be required to break stone hedge with the ram compared to plank wall. Also the ram would "collapse" the walls, just like in H&H, so that stacking walls wouldn't really help.

Someone here pointed that mechanic and defences won't help if we are getting raided by 15 people...

In light of this change we have also reduced the HP on the walls significantly from the previous patch, but they do however still have about 150% of what they used to have before that. We have also done a similar adjustment of the braziers, which now stack up toward the power of 8 freestanding braziers, rather than that of 15. Also, the mandatory safety distance between private claims is now back.

Imho walls and braziers buff was fine, just as walls HP was increased 4x (corrected :) ) Devs should also increase stone and plank wall price (but not 4 times :)), so people wouldn't spam both so much.

Walls weren't made 10 times stronger in one of the previous patches, only 4 times. Maybe you're confusing the buff on walls with the one on non-defensive structures, which was indeed 10x.

I think it's possible that somebody who left scents can just move his leanto into a different claim with just a makeshift fence the moment he spots the Subtle Warning/Trial by Fire and repeat that till his scents disappear.
Or am I missing something?
