Game crashes my PC

Doing a bit of digging, that looks like it's the drivers that released with the card. Sometimes, in cases of the lower end cards that come out several months after the power cards they're based on, they work well. Other times, there's still some issues. I'd suggest upgrading them. If you're not familiar with the procedure, there's several good tutorials on the web or on YouTube.

I tried to go to the site and find an update for the driver but i got to this page https://support.acer.com/us/en/product/ ... delId=3278 , what should I download?
And updating the driver will solve my problem?

AMD general doesn't allow non-standard implementations of their processors. Some companies still do it, though. Unless you've seen in your documentation that you should ONLY use drivers issued by the manufacturer, I'd suggest downloading the video driver and Catalyst directly from AMD. It'll come in a single installer package.

You didn't mention which version of Vista you have--32 or 64 bit. I'd link you directly, but if you go here http://www.amd.com/us/products/notebook ... -5400.aspx there's a link in the top left (below the site's menu) called "Find a driver." Plug in your information and you'll be taken to the appropriate download.
