mushibag acted alone in that incident and he was getting bored of not having anybody to play with (majority of us were trying to get a jump start on RU on Roanoke at the time). So he went to the reservation, and was hoping to find some opposition. Sadly there was none, so he killed the members that were online there at the time.

So there is your official statement. If GH was in power they would run around doing whatever they thought was funny then butcher some noobs when one of them "gets bored". No Treaty... No way to live. Just hope that your tyrants don't become bored. Thank goodness they are now contained .
