Stomp creates a such strong shockwave that transmits both through air and underground, so the wall in itsef doesn't remove it. So now you know why it makes sense.

Exactly ! Stomp is fine, how would you defend against hardcore raiders if you can't stomp them ?

They're not very hard core if they let you walk up to the fence to repair it or stomp at them. ¦]

MagicMan is in your walls before you even have a chance to defend them

no.

tough to see on the small image: loads of fields around the camp. a wall of unfinished wood piles around the stone wall. also a wall of pots ...
around this part there are two layers of claims. so you have to commit a crime to actually see the claim ...

i did not open my gate, got hit through the wall for ~45 Damage -> then approximatley 10 hits and the door was knocked down. next day everything gone. not only the valuable stuff ... simply everything! they live west in the darkness. if anyone is interested i can post a screenshot of their base + a map.

Far north-west, even.
They used the same tactic towards me. I kindly declined the offer of the gift. The Russian apparently didn't know what to do after that and stumbled around looking for stuff before he left with a "be back". He came back and demanded "rensom or kill" (how can you pay a ransom for something you're not missing?) and had problems attacking my wall the first few tries. I teleported out when he finally got the hang of demolition. I lost very little of value.
