Seems like a joke if you ask me.

Isn't it how it would look like before update as well? You go alone against 2 geared players and they manage to stun you

I believe the purpose was to give an upperhand to the underdog in a lot of ways. Before if you were outclassed in phl/yb you were basically destined to fail if the gap is big enough. All they need to do is chase until your phl is gone and your YB won't stand up. At least this way a few large hitting blows can leave you walking away

Hmm. This is only going to make the overpowered players more overpowered than before. I dont know the recipes for the high end stuff, but the players that play alot and are rich already will gain further advantage compared to us poor casuals.

agree with this.

cols This update no way on earth gives help to the "underdog" it mearly makes the high end raiders more god-like than before, and everyone else is an insta kill.

Why should i be "FORCED" to build different defense sets, encase of different raiders using different attack sets ?

This patch clearly catered to the "hard core raiders" from my point of view, and little more.

We simply need more defence bonuses and it should be fine imho.

I'm not sure what you expect. It's obvious that less advanced player, ungeared, with lower humours, and not skilled with combat will always be at the disadvantage. It seems to me that you hate that there is yet another factor giving players advantage over other players.

I am completely aware that I and my casual comrades cant compete with those who play this game 12+ hours a day. And by all means that is how it should be when you invest so much time in this. I am also sure the new stuff is very fun to experiment with and whatnot, but as you say this will be just another thing we casuals cant get into and use to its fullest. Some people will get the blues if they see yet another thing they cant compete with and maybe get bored and quit all together. Some will buy packs and silver to be able to compete. I will just tag along and see what happens. (I fit a smooth stone in a skin cape on first try!)

I agree that less advanced players, who are ungeared, with low humours should be at a disadvantage, however, this patch has made that gap bigger than it was before, which is a step in the wrong direction if you ask me.

If you cannot even see / understand this, you are blind.

You miss understand me also im sure, if you think im on the "disadvantage" side of this argument, You are sadly mistaken.

Marley pointing out the fact that after some testing, the new gear is totally ***** op + broken when fully socketed.

I think combat bonuses, and combat overall, is not for casuals. I guess devs' intent is to have casuals either hermitting quietly or join some village as farmers. That's why current update is not for them. Even without it they are already dead if they get into fight, it's just they will die quicker now. They should wait for civilian bonuses, and leave the big toys for big boys
