Well this idea came to my head, did a search and found this. Thought about making another thread, but people won't like it. Since a necro is fine, then... I support the idea! Implement music instruments, have players something to do while idling, entertain the other villagers, or simply get paid to play a song.

I think the idea is interesting, but ultimately somewhat against the mythos of the game.

...I imagine walking in the forest and coming upon a mysterious stranger, strains of dueling banjos from Deliverance playing in softly in the background.

I liek how you cant turn off ingame what little music and sounds there are in Salem. You can, but it doesn't work. (Dat bard in Boston :x Here, I'll pay you, just stfu.)

Statements from the devs have declared otherwise. Actions from the devs (putting a bard in the town square) solidify it.
