i have a speedport router from telekom. Many german players had the same problem like you.

this was my solution also:

perhaps u opened the ports UDP1871 and TCP1870.

Try to open the Ports this way (UDP 1870 TCP 1871) and look if it will solve the problem ;)

Well i use a speedport W 503 V, but i've already done it this way ( yes TCP 1871 and UDP 1870,checked it a moment ago again). Does it have to be at Port Forwarding or Port opening, where I have to enter a triggering port?

Try opening TCP and UDP for both of those ports on the router, you can also try forwarding it to the same port on the inside

also to check to make sure the ports are open correctly try http://www.whatsmyip.org/port-scanner/

Well it was enough for me. Our router had blackouts sometimes, so i decided to buy a new one, and surprise, now it works fine.
