when you learn this skill, will it always kill a player?, or can you still KO people if you want to?

i really don't want to kill players but i like the have the option, kinda scared to learn this skill XD

You always KO people. This gives you a new ability, murder, which you use on the KO'd person to permakill them.

It also can deal direct damage, but because it takes a while, it would probably only be useful if your opponent is AFK. In one of the livestreams jorb KO'd someone in Boston when they walked in front of him as he was doing the murder action.
