This. You don't have to build walls if you don't want to. Most of our Treaty Paying players immediately stopped construction on their walls and D once they made their payment. Why build D when you are a functioning member of society with no fear of crime and justice on your side? Seems like a waste of time to me.

This also might be a great time to highlight that the cost of a treaty payment is infinitely smaller than the cost of walls :). So those who choose to build walls in lieu of their payment are definitely in need of an economics lesson.

Technically, that Yoghurtslavian war was fought over land, and the extermination of rival nations was just the unwanted bonus of an unwanted war.
Just as if in, lets say a month, some treaty paying squatters decided to declare their independence on the land they've claimed and worked hard on for months and stop paying taxes to him, he'd exterminate them rather then let them live in their self-proclaimed freedom, because he considers those lands rightfully* his. They could fight for it or die trying. Or move somewhere else that is not on his territory (i.e. other server).

*As a self-proclaimed sovereign of the Plymouth server, by the powers vested in him by himself, he deems it his right and his obligation to protect the integrity and unity of his territory.

But, lets get back on topic. I'd actually find it quite fun designing and building proper defenses if I had more info about them. Wiki is still quite vague about anything that exceeds basic info, and even that isn't complete.
So, for starters, a few questions. Do all wall segments (i.e. corner/starter posts, segments and doors) have same soak/hit point values?

Also, could someone explain to me what is the meaning of this:

Under the Treaty you are allowed to bring all matters of Justice to us this includes any scents you collect. Once a fair trial is had under Tribal Laws the criminal will be sentenced. You are absolutely allowed to be involved in this process even up to the killing blow if you like. However, you may not simply collect scents and murder somebody as you do not know if those scents you collected were in fact a sanctioned retribution against a convicted criminal.

Say you have 3 walls, W being the wall tile, C being the cornerpost, G being gate.

WWWWWCGGCWWWWWW

That is one wall ^

Now say you have 3 walls, you simpy move the cornerpost over by one so that only one gate tile is showing.

WWWWWCGGCWWWWWW
WWWWCGGCWWWWWWW
WWWCGGCWWWWWWWW

This insures that only one person is able to bash your gate at any given time. By putting a tree (or better your claim post) in front of the tile of your last gate you ensure that people cannot double bash your gates and get in faster. (You can only bash wall tiles with 1 person at a time also so it effectively makes it a full wall.

I like how this thread was more or less an excuse for the tribal faction to promote their treaty again ugeek ugeek ugeek and had absolutely no intentions of being anything but a thread of the lowest caliber.

why do you mods allow it to happen? on hnh sab would of shut this **** down and banned someone already.
