Agreed. Not to mention if you have already picked a new spot for me to trainwreck this quickly you are doing it wrong. A little walking and self-reflection not only calms the mind and soul but also gives the added benefit of finding a much better location to settle than your most recent choice. Unless your trying to just pick real estate so horrible that I would feel bad removing you from it. If that's your aim then your right on Target.
