Bullrun a rattler?

whats the yb requirements to one hit a rattler with bullrun? I dont know of any other way to avoid the poison?

if it already aggroed - run from it some distance, and while it closes to you use stomp - it will stun it. You can also thrust it, if you can 1-hit-kill it.
If you want to kill snake that is not aggroed - safe way is to stand on other side of obstacle like hollow log and start stomp - snake will aggro and will try to close to you, but will be stunned.

Another way will be to know that snakes are afraid of water. and u can stomp them from there.

Bull run works quite well for me. I'd say 10+ YB to be safe.

I have 16 and can bull rush/kill a ratler...not sure if that helps or not

Ya, thanks guys... Finally figured out the minimal needed YB to bullrun those in a single blow, its right on the edge of 16YB, with a sword. that seems to do at least 7.5 damage which is the full health

Still not sure how to combat those groups of 3 they normally come in tho

Guess overall, avoid the rattler is the best method to avoid the poison, but I still enjoy the thrill of death looming if i mess up

To my knowledge, having a sword shouldn't affect the damage on bullrun.

While I have more YB than required to bullrun a rattler, I always just thrust them.
Every time I see a rattler on the mini map I walk straight to them until I'm touching them and thrust, and that has a MUCH lower YB requirement (I'm not sure exactly, somewhere around 10 or less?). They don't agro until you loiter around them for a bit and going straight to them doesn't give them enough time (usually) to agro. Infact it takes longer for me to line up a bullrun than to outright kill them (of roughly 20+ kills, only a couple times have they agroed early, and only once did I fail to lead them into an attack).
