Upkeep Fees?

Postby foamingowl » Thu Dec 20, 2012 5:25 am

I just made a claim and I noticed there is an upkeep fee?

What exactly is that, do I have to pay, and what happens if I don't pay? I have read all over the place for claims and there was never a mention of an upkeep fee.

It was added in the last update. If you don't pay, your claim will eventually dissolve.

Claim upkeep is really small per day, just killing crickets for a cricket team and selling it should net you enough for several days.

As of right now claims require upkeep to the tune of 4s + (Claimed Area / 300)s per day. If the upkeep is not paid, the claim is turned off and the stone itself becomes possible to destroy. You can charge the claim with enough silver to last 2 months. Previously existing claims will be charged to last one month.

I just bought a claim and expanded it a bit. How much is the upkeep for the expanded plot? Is there an area that tells me where?

If you click on your claim stone it will tell you how much total area you have. Just takes some simple math after that: 4s + (Claimed Area / 300)s per day
