Kinda sad about the custom race thinger for 1k. If the person(s) is ok with it, It'd be cool for other people to get to play their race that they developed.

How cool is it to get people running around in a race you got to design?

Edit: I'm an ijit, just realized I misread it. Cool beans.
It's been neat to see the evolution of a game. Salem has come so far, and still has far to go. Although frustrating, I think it's been an experience worth the effort.

But if the kickstarter fails they never get the monies?
I never managed to figure out something clever for my signature on Paradoxplaza, and I doubt I'll do it here either.

While this is true, they do have the option to move on to a direct paypal donation plan should the kickstarter fail. This way they're not restricted by kickstarter rules and they can make the same promises.

But then they would have to re-contact all their kickstarter backers and get them to donate again via Paypal, I suppose?

I think we'll meet the goal, I have a lot of awesome things that ill be unveiling each week to get some press. Should have a great video ready by Friday that will show off some gameplay. But yeah, worse case scenario we build a 'kickstarter' into our own website.

25$ was a little steep for me, but I kicked it in. GL with the rest of your advertising.

Poor boy may be jealous of custom items and races, but poor boy is still poor.
