Salem for Mac?

I have a Macintosh Laptop Mac OS X version 10.4.11. Its old. Is there any way I can run Salem on this old girl? I downloaded the game and the file wouldn't work. Is there another download for a mac or will I just have to cry myself to sleep?

I'm a mac user as well. I cannot run Salem on my older mac laptop because it is so old I cannot upgrade to at least Java 6, for they don't make the newer Java versions for the old macs. So, if you cannot upgrade your Java to at least 6, then no, sadly you cannot run Salem on that mac. (You could buy Windows and split the mac and use Salem on the Windows portion, however that is crazy pricey and you'd do better buying a better mac instead.)
