TownBell Question.

hello,

If the mayor of a town becomes inactive, is there any way for its remaining active town's people to remove them from mayor and place an active member in as mayor?

if not, what is the damage soak value of the bell (or suggested base Phlegm levels required to do damage to it to remove it manually?)

the wiki on townbells only covers, replacement of a mayor if all members of the town are removed/quit/dead, and the mayor is dead or quit the town. as the town i am currently apart of our mayor has become inactive and as such we have no means to invite people to the town-actual. even though at least two members have the charter rights to become mayor the wiki states we can not do so, as the mayor and his alts are still members of the town and not dead.


we would rather not have to relocate as we relocated to the current town about a week before he seemed to quit.

any advice would be appreciated.

Once the bell runs out of money it will stop working and then anyone with Constitutions skill (forgot full name) can become mayor I think

If your group is still putting silver in the bell, stop, once its all gone anyone with the skill can claim mayorship, then must quickly put silver into it to ensure his claim :3

oh so we do not have to kill the mayor (~sad face) or brute force in a new bell. thats great news, been saving up for a new bell ticket if brute force was the only way haha

~perhaps that info could be added to the wiki at some point as the wiki still only says the 3 ways to be mayor is (kill the current mayor, kill all towns people or make it have no upkeep while having charter to become mayor)
