I am not sure how making fun from Devs should make opinion about game for new community members any better.

I wasn't trying to give new members a better opinion about the game? When did I imply that? Not every thread needs to be geared towards the whole forum population, if they were we'd all be re-reading review.
I was just having fun with my new editing program lol

I have been here for about 1 month or less and I believe that makes me a new player and I could understand it quite easily. If you hang around in irc, you can get quite a lot of information as a new player. I loved the interview and I hope you continue with new releases.

COLES REPORT SPECIAL UPDATE!

Claim Upkeep
As of right now claims require upkeep to the tune of 4s + (Claimed Area / 300)s per day. If the upkeep is not paid, the claim is turned off and the stone itself becomes possible to destroy. You can charge the claim with enough silver to last 2 months. Previously existing claims will be charged to last one month.

As we really should have changed this a long time ago -- we've always planned to do it, but never gotten around to it -- we will be generous enough to allow you a one week mortatorium during which you will be able to recover 75% of all invested silver when declaiming (deposits in the bank). If you really want to you can thus reinvest taking this new rule into account. After the next Game Development update declaiming will again imply a complete loss of invested silver.

In just 30 minutes (roughly) the one week mortatorium period on claims will be up and you will no longer be able to redeem 75% of your silver from declaiming your personal claim. This ALSO means that there is room for a potential update incoming! That's right folks, in just 30 minutes a window of potential updates will open up! Jorb has also stated later that the silver redemption will be fixed next restart but a restart does indeed occur when updates are made. Save up your hopes friends!
