Hey, is the search box missing for anyone else? Looks like it's getting cut off on the right side. I see you changed the common.js file, but it looks like you reverted it back to what it was before so not sure why it would be giving this problem?

Nevermind it's showing up now.

I was unpleasantly surprised by the behaviour of the wiki when I accidently clicked on open rather than open in a new tab on a preview page and discovered that when I used the back command to return to the last preview (the way I am used to in most wikia I have used), I ended up back at the initial edit page. The problem (at least I perceive it as a problem) is that, at least for IE 8 and Firefox 17, the same page history page is used for each preview so we don't have a was of backing up one preview (thus only undoing the last set of changes or getting back to the last set of changes in my case of linking off the preview page).

I don't know if is a MediaWiki option or a bug; however, losing an hour's work on a simple mistake like that is annoying.

Request for wiki gods (admin types with move permission): please move "Granite Boulders" page to Granite Boulder.

Anyone should be able to do a page move that leaves a redirect in place. This, in my opinion, is a good thing, as it would create one of those "common spelling error" pages that helps prevent search frustration.

On the Fireplace page: http://salemwiki.info/index.php/Fireplace
In the first paragraph;
" it can bake up two four uncooked items. " Should read " it can bake up to four uncooked items. "

Fixed, thank you.

PS., this is the kind of fix that anyone can do, it is just text editing. You would need to register on the wiki, but that is painless as well.

Anyone should be able to, I suppose. I'll look into the permissions for that. For now, I've moved the page.

How's the search logging coming out? Any interesting results?
It's been neat to see the evolution of a game. Salem has come so far, and still has far to go. Although frustrating, I think it's been an experience worth the effort.
