A lot were rebalanced, and the 1st floor of the Masonic Lodge had a solution for the mis-balanced one anyway. So that is essentially the 'fix' for those who feel stuck.

If I remember rightly they go for like 50 silver each or so in Prov and the gain for submitting 9 of them is what - 4 silver ? On Concord there aren't even any stalls yet and not all swamps are that large (or have leeches in them)...slows things down considerably I feel.
