Pignatta Pole

Hi, I just learned the Paper Making skill to be able to craft a Pignatta Pole, but I cannot find anywhere in the crafting menu to build it.
Can someone direct me to which part of the menu to find it, please ?

Never-mind, I figured it out that this character needs to learn the Carpentry skill also to be able to build that pole.
