Rummaging Mermaid's Purse

I do not have the option to rummage a Mermaid's Purse was wondering if there was a skill I needed to rummage one.

If you're using a custom client it may be because you have the "Study Protection" option enabled. Try looking at the client's settings. I had that problem before too. Good luck!
