This particular gizzard came from hydrukey, but domestic turkey gizzard and hydrukey gizzard seem identical to me with the same image and the same tooltip and both yield mostly stones when dissected. I have no idea if they have different server side representation. I cannot tell the difference, other than remembering how I obtained it or looking at the purity which either comes from a coop or from a knife blade. (OTOH argopelter gizzards are very different)
I got a pearl only once.
