New in this game need help please

hello, well I am new in salem and I have a question for you, last night my character die in the Blood Moon, yes I know and now after respawn I cant travel to providence.
I have this message : you cannot travel while in ihe vicinity of a trial by fire
I dont know what that mean and what I m suppose to do, could you help me

It sounds like your town is under attack. This would have nothing to do with KOing during a blood moon, it's the trial by fire that is your problem. I suggest asking your town mates about this, and going to the wiki and looking up the info there about raiding and trial by fire mechanics.

TotalyMeow , thank you for your answer , but I m not sure to understand, I didn't be attack , I was in my base making clay and didn't watch my bleu barre , it was empty so I'm died.
after respawn in my base 1 minute later I could not travel.

Is could be because it's a new character ??

Turn on the "waste claim" button on the client, if your screen goes a darker color, then your town is under attack. The message you got, "you cannot travel while in the vicinity of a trial by fire" is the message given when a waste claim is put down over a town. Meow doesn't mean you were hit by anyone, she means that someone has put down the device used to make a town attackable. So you dying is independent of the waste claim.

You just have a small own place and don't live in a town?
Then you maybe have a town close to you that is under effect of an Trial by Fire.
This one has an Area of 1000x1000 Tiles, so maybe you are just under this effect by accident.

Look to the Menu on the lower left side. There are small icons on the bottom. One of it is for showing Wasteclaims. If you turn it on, you will see a deep read colored earth.
You need to go out of this red area of the Trial by Fire and build there an temporary Leanto, change your HS to it and you will be able to port to Providence then.

no I 'm not live in town , but I'm near one and i see now the red area that your are talking about, I think im not in good place

This will be not stay forever, and you see it ends close to you... just build a second leanto outside of that area and switch your HS whenever you want to go to Providence as long the TbF is up there.

Also you should be careful now, since you posted that screenshot.
You have no walls and if the people who want to raid that close town now are also interested in killing random people, then you should maybe do other things now somewhere away from your home till the TbF is gone.
Depends how long this raid will last, but i guess in 1 or 2 days it will be gone.

If you don't know the people of the town you live next to, you maybe should also think about to get in contact with them or move on to find another place.
Some towns don't like people around them.

This Waste Claim means you are near a battle or raid. It may be time for you to move further away from this battle in case you are seen.
