Looking at my stored/available help entries, I seem to be missing the tutorial message #4.

Considering I do have the last tutorial message #6 (tutorial done/finished). I do think that any missing tutorial messages should be automatically added after the last tutorial done message is received.

btw there is two tutorial #9s.

Also, I disagree with later help messages unlocking older ones, it might confuse people.
