Task planning + communication tools

Hi,

If you know any useful free online tool for task assignment/distribution/planning that could be used for town management in salem, please share.
Also, something for group chat with enhanced functions (like shareable documents, for example) would be nice to know.
I'm currently using todoist in combination with skype and was wandering if there are other (preferably better) alternatives.

google documents is probably an interesting option for sharing files that can be edited by several people in parallel

Yea, that's banned for me right now, that's why I need other options

Just stay with Skype, and if you really need to share some sort of documents you can just make them in Word or Excel and then send them to everyone in your groupchat.

I was about to ask about it. As I see you can pin important documents, create sub-channels (for professions for example) and maybe other useful things.
