Crimes

Hello,
Got just few questions I could find answers to

If I'll get KO on someone's claim while trespassing and checking content of their chest I will get back to my lenato after 24 hours. But will I lose proficiencies and what's more important will I lose items I carry like I do when normally KO'ed?

Speaking of which, I believe I found a bug. When there's no place to login (someone or something is in same position that my character was last online) I am able to spawn at my lenato. But as far as I know I shouldn't lose any items for that. Am I right? I should spawn there with all the equipment I did carry. Actually the messagebox that prompts when you try to login assures you that you won't lose your items. But you do. Yesterday my client crashed when I logged it, before game even managed to load. It's important to mention that I was sleeping in my leafy bed which as most items can't be walked over (except for a situation when you just logged to get off it). So I closed the client and opened it once again, logged in, I had a messagebox that my last position is not available (due to bed being in a way) asking if I want to be teleported to my homestead without losing any items. So I said yes, I was normally logged at my leanto but without my items (except for clothes). I found them all lying around the bed so I managed to get them back but I got another character that logged out next to some structure in the city and now it can't be logged in and I'm afraid that I will lose all my items.

How much black bile I need to steal items from leanto and claim stakes? I can't take anything because of being low on black bail. And actually what word l3wt means I don't seem to get it

One more thing. How does destroying works. I got just 34 stamina and I'm trying to destroy some Pilgrim's Hovel. I get to 42% of damaging it very fast, was surprised that I can do it. Except it seems I can't. When my stamina dropped I couldn't hit it anymore but as I read on the wiki and forum it seems that destroying system is actually based on the stamina that you got in this very moment, not the maximum one. So I stopped, ate someting to get my stamina back to full and tried again. I managed to get to 43% and again, couldn't do any more damage. I tried few times, always with full humours and with different tools, shovels, pixkaxes, axes. So what's up with that.
And yes, I did damage this hovel from 0% to 43%, I've seen the percentage rising.

Yes you will take the normal proficiency and item loss when ko'ing on a claim

This is not a bug, I am assuming you miss read the prompt that the game gave you, as what you described is the normal interaction

80~ Black bile is enough to steal an item or two before having to wait off your crime debuff somewhere far from the claim (Be warned, criminals have a fairly bad habit of dying in their sleep)

Yes damage is based on the phlegm you have, that much is correct. With buildings you need a greek fire (and arson) to destroy them. If the character trying to break the structure has the place it is built personal-claimed then the "soak" will not apply to that character, and that character only.

yes, all the same rules apply + the 24 disadvantages (e.g. madness!)

We get this every once in a while. That message stating you can login without losing items has a near-identical-twin that states you WILL lose the items you carry.

The base to L3WT (loot) stuff off a homestead is a balmy 40 black bile per item. You can lower this by using criminality artifacts.

There is something called soak on destroyable objects: the damage subtracted from your damage hit. If you would deal less damage than the object's soak, you don't deal anything at all. Hovels, and most civilian objects/buildings, have a soak that increases as they get more damaged. It's nearly possible to completely destroy one because the soak gets too high. You have two options:
- claim the hovel: you ignore soak for items on a claim you own.
- use arson (a high end criminal skill) to set fire to the hovel, after which it will burn down over the course of several hours.
I have neither the crayons nor the time to explain it to you.

And in what situation this other message showsup? Because I'm clearly talking about situation when my last position was blocked (by my bed) and I don't think it is intended to punish players for something that is totally random (someone put something or simply a character stands at that spot). Doesn't seems right, don't you think?

And the message says this

When you log out on an object like a bed or claim stone and you are not either very close to your homsteaded leanto or on your own claim, you will lose your inventory when you log in again. It's not a bug and it's not meant as punishment. It's to prevent a raiding exploit. People used to teleport home with a full inventory by logging out and placing a rock or something where they had logged out. The position would be blocked when logging in again and the character would be moved home, keeping their inventory. I suppose it's something that could be changed; the raiders would love it, I'm sure. I'm not sure how balanced it would be though.

that is the wrong approach, beds/bells/claimstones/... should simply be ignored when logging in
