After many articles, i can say that i still keep my idea.

This is a squeeze of what i learned.
The "intellingence" gene (which is more than one and many have to be discovered yet) is a machine that works along with the neural web, to store and use data.
The neural web itself is much more near to what we call intelligence. The gene is part of the brain machine.
The reason of this research is to find the reason behind the damaged brain that gives mental illness, so they compare normal human to sick human, hoping to find out how the brain genes causes the brain ilness like halzheimer, epilessy and more.

The type of human we are arguing about in this topic is normal human.

If you wish to keep the scientific discrimination speaking, you can talk about how to proper train the neural web and how troublesome is to change it, once is trained. This alone explain pretty much all the human behavior, without genes needed to support your words.

My free time to care about usa is over, though. I could find time to watch the forum once in a while, but none to get involved into main topics.

Thanks for the info and the links. I didn't found what you were claiming, but there were lots of new stuff i would never had care to read otherwise, so no joking when i say "it was nice".

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heritability_of_IQ
That's the second google link.
The general figure for the heritability of IQ, according to an authoritative American Psychological Association report, is 0.45 for children, and rises to around 0.75 for late teens and adults.

You don't need to do a lot of research. That article summarizes it pretty well and provides a lot of references.

Nothing wrong with that. There are people who keep their idea that the Earth is flat and still live happy fulfilling lives.

What we are arguing is not what you believe we are arguing, but anyway.
Enjoy the cube world.

Your scientist are not bad at all and their work is legit.
The common think of who uses those knowledge, though, is far away from be true.

I am not arguing with you at all. You said you could't find what we were talking about - I merely pointed that out.

And yes, I will enjoy that, thank you very much. Because as a thinking person I am inclined to believe what is researched and evidenced to be right, rather than what I feel to be right.

Feels come from the heart. Facts come from the brain. The heart should stick to it's job of pumping blood and leave the thinking to an organ that knows what's what.
And I don't mean the genitals.
