well its to bad that only a notorious criminal like hillary is the democrat nominee instead of a lifelong communist like sanders then, that way i could acquire 100 thousand dollars of debt for a useless liberal arts college degree knowing full well what my bill was the entire time then just shrug it off on someone else, if i had to pay my bills there would be no time to go occupy wallstreet and what not.

Lol, can't argue that one. I do think funding for students in advancing fields would be good though. I myself am studying engineering, and I'm sure those going to medical school or learning programming wouldn't mind the extra help.

That's not unreasonable, but how are you going to explain to entitled landwhales in gender studies that apparently engineers and doctors are more important than feminist yoga dance therapists?

my grandfather was a doctor that was college age toward the end of the depression. he was born into absolutely nothing, he worked at a cemetary in the middle of the night literally digging graves by hand in order to fund his education and went on to establish a successful practice.

why is it that you and everyone else can not pay for your own **** again?

Education costs now are MUCH higher than they were a few decades ago

and i bet you would get paid more than 70 cents to dig a grave now to not that it matters, you know how much the bill is, you accept then you expect someone else to pay your way. being an "engineer" does not entitle you to someones elses money anymore than a transvestite womens studies major.

I don't expect anyone to pay my way. I am on a scholarship and pay next to nothing, but I know less privileged people who aspire to be engineers, doctors, etc, who wouldn't mind paying when they do have the money. The problem is that the aid packages turn the already expensive tuition into double or more of their base cost due to interest on loans. Because they are scared of loans they decide not to pursue their goal and end up becoming the uneducated "leech" you seem to hate.
