Well was just curious about them... if they are legal then I want them cause why the heck not automate some of the more mundane stuff, if they are not legal then we need to know.

Right now we do not do anything against bot users. Not promising that is not subject to change but as it is right now we just frown and talk lowly of them.
I never managed to figure out something clever for my signature on Paradoxplaza, and I doubt I'll do it here either.

people used to shoot bots over walls in the good old days. that can't happen right now, gotta bash the walls first :(

(When Salem beta first happened I was pretty excited because people said that farming would be more "skill-based" and less meaningless grind. I was pretty disappointed, needless to say :( - bots for farming are still really easy to write)

What about autologout when unkinned player enters screen? Only newb bots won't have it :P

well then you can disrupt those bots in hilarious ways (even with other bots! :D)

it' funny I've played so many games and this is the only game where devs doesn't outright ban bots. They must really enjoy having 24/7 alts influence the economy and progress of the game. Any other games and this thread is instan lock and flamed. but if devs allow it might as well use it. it could be one "unqiue" part of the game, they could just put on advertisement, bots allowed.

And for good reason, automation within games goes against the very nature of a player driven environment, something which most games strive to achieve.
