Currently the Hunting & Hideworking proficiency is kind of useless, except for the sole fact of unlocking skills with it.
And looking like a boss with higher stats

But it is always worth to raise all your proficiency's, because one day they might actually have a bonus and then you'll feel great about yourself because you already put in the work to enjoy the added boost.
