Fun that you talk about dogs. That's what i was thinking this morning and i think that dogs proof you're wrong, since all the dogs can be trained the same way. They have a strongly evidence of different DNA, even so they all have the same intelligence potentiality.
Don't mix traits with intelligence.
The problem is that some scientist proof youre right, and some other scientist proof me right. This happens when something is not easy to proof and many variables are in the equation. So your dogs proof me wrong, and my dogs proof me right. This is an ongoing topic and you should wait a definitive answer from science, before decide which scientist have right.

In the meanwhile, you can search another type answer in the Psichology, the discipline that doesn't take into count any DNA and base his study on Traits and Education.
As for now, Traits and Education seems a lot more relevant than DNA, so those should be the main focus for any change we want to achieve.

You can then say that all the human that have a specific culture and education, have to be removed. I would disagree on many level, but i agree that culture and education are real factor in a human attitude and we must take it into count.

That is what i think, simply, and i'm honest with it. If you have some will to improve yourself or some pride, you go out there and improve your knowledge. This usually doesn't change your mind that much, but you could find many samples in the history that you could use, for good or for bad reasons.

Most credible scientific studies find that around half of the variance in intelligence between individuals is from genetics.
