So, if you erase a piece of humanity from the world, you've just erased a bit of culture and education of the human species. Sadly, this would not solve your stress, since the mechanism that created that amount of bad humans is still there, and in a few decades, a new army of bad humans would be there.
Not enough child would have born, and your "solution" would end in a mass suicide of the human species.

I'm not here to derail the topic, you can see the assume of the racist ideology on the wiki and see by yourself what looks so similar in what you say.

Aside that, you can't erase half of the humanity, so you should spend your time finding some easier solution with a bit more of logic.
Or... pass your day drinking whatever you drink to be like this and exclude yourself from any real discussion, since what you say is impraticable. That's another part of "natural selection" that i would not fight at all.
