I just finished watching it. I don't want to give any spoilers so I'll just say it was pretty good with plenty of opportunities to yell, "What the Hell is wrong with you?!?" at the screen, like any good horror story.

I originally thought that kids were going to make it really bad but they all did a amazing job. I absolutely loved the 80s setting. I loved how they didn't give you all the information. It was presented to you as a normal person instead of a scientist sitting down and explaining it. There are so many unanswered questions!

Whats the theme of the serie?
I read something like horror. What else?
No spoiler asked, but horror sounds good for me... like to watch this kind of movies/series since childhood.

Its a very good mix of adventure, mystery, sci-fi and horror. It's set in the 80s and has that awesome 80s feel to it. The music really makes for some intense scenes.

Judging by what people are saying, and no other info, i'd categorize it more as a psychological thrill rollercoaster? horror as an old genre is way too many jumpscares. I like the ones that leave you asking questions more. A bit like the cube or something, perhaps. Or room ... 1508? *checks* room 1408.

Yes, i binged watched this when it came out last Friday. I loved the 80's feeling also, they really pulled that off. Almost a Twin Peaks sorta feel. I know David Lynch was doing something with Netflix and then he dropped out. I wonder if Stranger Things was the project.
