What's wrong with the US forking out billions annually to cover unpaid NATO dues from Euro countries failing to meet their economic agreements, while at the same time maintaining a nuclear arsenal within unstable territory that shares borders with some of the worst people that humankind has produced? To protect Europe from the Red threat ... but don't forget the WMDs that are totally still not found, no propoganda there for oil deals at all ... ok yeah so the whole NATO thing was/is just a little bit of a wasted effort ... I was agreeing with you on the NATO issue, chill a little, my reasoning was simply as I said that the US is covering costs that it shouldn't be as opposed to your 'screw em' reasoning.
