The Phlegm Just decrease in a desert. It is fine if I return to the town.

Were you using actions for running or foraging or wandering rather than just walking around?

I didn't anything I stay at home. The Phlegm still decrease...

In that case, you are probably in an area of "Darkness" (far from the beneficial effects of civilization). Assuming you haven't invested much into your homestead, you might try heading east to see if the phlegm drain decreases or stops altogether (thus heading back towards civilization) and setting up shop there (you need the hiking skill -- http://salemwiki.info/index.php/Hiking -- to be able to make a new lean-to that you can designate as your new homestead, but with enough foraging along the way you should get it soon). The alternative is to go back to Boston and start foraging until you can make and sell a savage charm and then pay for a new random home from the wilderness guides.
