Since the mods on this site seem to dodge giving out paradox interactive phone number and instead give qa email that never gets a response back from here it is, this is the U.S number:
1 646-722-8188

took alot of digging on the web to find it...since paradox themselves dont even have it on there site....

:D

That's their office number, not customer support, what are you going to do with it? If you are going to call there then please record the conversation because it would be hilarious.

i find it strange that a company dosnt offer a support help line to its paying customers...and yes i have emailed them and yes i have filed a claim with paypal and yes i will call that number and give them apiece of my mind. No wonder alot of paradox's games never do well. they have zero customer support just like FunCom

Each game has its own support channels...
Because each game is developed by separate teams. It's as if you were calling to Nvidia support because your GPU, manufactured by Asus, broke. :D
Or calling Microsoft support after you lost your Windowss OEM key.

Which of your problems requires direct paradox support?

Oh I see the thread now. Are you aware that Salem servers are in Europe, and so is TotalyMoo, who provides support for Salem? That means standard working hours are probably around 8am to 6pm GMT. So you mailed them around 7-8pm yesterday and are surprised you haven't received an answer?

Aha, well I guess you can calm down now. Probably TotalyMoo will read your mail in an hour or 2. You can also PM him on forum

Sweden is Central European Time, or GMT +1, so it would be more like 9a to 7p UTC.

You'd also be surprised what you can get by calling the local office number. You might not get what you're after, but you can get another direction to go.
