No we really don't. It does however look very nice.

ur not a dev so shut up

I'm not a dev however there are people out there that can hardly run the game as it is. There is nothing wrong with having a low resource offical client and nice things the community adds to the game. Stop being a aggressive *******.

Denied, maybe the devs can smooth up the games code so it can allow more HD and detail textures.

Yeah, maybe we can do that for the next 3 years.

If you want to make a special texture pack, that's fine. The official textures might change here and there, but there are no plans to make them more detailed. We like the current art style.

It's just not as easy as you think to 'smooth' the code.

To the op: If you will to create some new texture, focus on the color palette more than the drawing. That's the main problem in salem and everything could look more smooth with a better palette. The texture definition is not the first thing you should look at. It comes later.

I agree totally which is why that is one of the things im focusing on, my main problem with the textures are that some of the pavement textures are stylized like the clay, stone, gemshards, geode. then other textures brick, gravel gneiss, bone all have realistic styles and i feel like the lack of matching aesthetics make it all look weird af together.

Also, a mew out there is waiting for a comic, too. I don't think i have time to create textures (it would be my first time, too)
