I do, however, think that there needs to just be confirmation page that you're directed to when you click "Buy" that simply says: "Don't ***** cry if you lose this." in big bold lettering, with a button you click that says "I agree to not cry if I lose this, and if I do cry, I give jorb and loftar permission to drink my salty tears through a straw." so it's completely idiot proof.
Yes warning would be nice, but for sometime items should be tied to person who paid for them and after that time is over player should get another warning with even bigger letters and OK button
