Bears will be bears. This is the new and untamed world, there are no police 'round here, only the law which we, as pilgrims, impose upon ourselves. If you want someone to police Boston watching for this, feel free to hire them yourself.

I think this will be fixed in the future, i don't think it is woking as intended. I'm not sure of this though.

As for OP, there is a right way about asking for a replacement item. Send a report to support and explain why you feel this was a glitch and maybe they will replace it.

Making a bitter rant on the forum and accusing the devs of being crooks because you lost some pixels is not the right way.

As long as we are talking about in-game items only you are 100% right, but when someone is putting $ into game
there are real world rules and you can't just take someones real money few seconds after he bought in-game-pack or silver.

Items from store should be binded to chars for few days, if you want to buy something using silver you should be able to transfer silver from town bank directly without load it into purses or inventory.

Doesn't work any more I saw they are putting turkeys into building and aggro them:)

not to bring the topic back in from the VERY IMPORTANT conversation about bears in stores but the OP should have posted this in the help section, was kinda pointless to post here to only be mildly trolled about something that he inadvertently fell into.

but regardless this is a legitimate issue Stax should have just locked this and gave the op the paradox help email and not let this drag on for 4 pages.

tbh, it was in the help section. After he refused to acknowledge that I did indeed help him, and continue to rant, I felt it belonged in HoB because this is a matter of justice and if the chief were here he would have already offered up his rangering services to this victim of player theft.

I dare say you probably would've lost it to raids anyways. My initial reaction was to laugh at you, but I have to agree if you didn't even have a chance to open the package its a bit unfair. I really don't think they're going to give you your stuff back, its a bit against the whole atmosphere of this game, if you really feel strongly about it then ya you probably won't have any other option except to cancel the payment. I would just suck it up personally, and if its really causing you this much distress you might consider how you're going to feel when your couple month old settlement gets raided and razed. This might not be the game for you.

After this isn't it more likely the chief offer to personally deliver the items back if he gives him his location and then gank?

Does that mean I should just buy a bunch of ****, then cancel payment and claim it was stolen from me? Or perhaps the guy whose table I stole the other day should cancel payment on that as well. I have to say, this is a ridiculous solution. If you do not fully understand what it is you are spending your money on, and the risks associated with that purchase, don't buy it.

I do, however, think that there needs to just be confirmation page that you're directed to when you click "Buy" that simply says: "Don't ***** cry if you lose this." in big bold lettering, with a button you click that says "I agree to not cry if I lose this, and if I do cry, I give jorb and loftar permission to drink my salty tears through a straw." so it's completely idiot proof.
