As for reimbursement on something like this, I like to think of it as you going into a store and buying a candy bar, then on your way out, someone steals your candy bar, do you really think the store should have to give you a new one?

I still don't understand how people think that in a full-loot, permadeath game that they should get a refund for anything that gets stolen. It's the type of game it is. Maybe don't afk while in game, or possibly run when you see someone bringing a bear in your direction.

No, it'd be like going in a store and buying some new underwear. Then you put them on, walk out of the store, see a bear, and **** your pants. Then you respawn at your house, and return to the store's customer service department and demand reimbursement by showing them a video of you ***** your pants.

no how it happend read my typing! I went to town bought the pack...walked to my mail box put the box in my inventory and IN TOWN without me even OPENING the box! I got killed...so your comparison dosnt apply at all. i didnt open the product nore did i leave the "store"

so under thous terms it falls on the store duty to fix the problem!

you are as blind to the situation as the mod is...if you would read instead of talking out of your ass i wasnt afk and how can u see anythign with the screens all open? but anyways ill be caceling my payment...this company will be added to my list of crooks along with Anet

got the video AFTER i was killed when i purposely returned to town with nothing to record it...

Also, I forgot to mention if you need to go AFK in boston, go into a building or something... to prevent this from happening again.
