How do you deal with the fear of dying?

And Crithammer, don't be too confused about FrakkedSixed... he is usually loud, just loud, not too loud, just this loudness that kids use, if they don't get something.
Try to use earplugs if he starts to yell.

When it comes to defense, don't even start with stone; a pclaim with a makeshift fence in it will at minimum keep out all the newbies and non-crime players who will only rifle through your things if they're lying around in the open. Remember to always claim 1 space around the outside of your walls.

When it comes to dying, plan your estate now and then so you'll get a bonus if you have to start over, and remember that as a newbie you'll take a lot longer to figure out how to do things the first time than you will the second time. A character that takes 3 weeks at first will take a few days next time even with no estate plan, so you're not losing so much as it might at first seem when you die when you're new.

Means, don't steal or destroy something that belongs to other.
Because this will be a very sure way to die.

Also, I feel it important to point out that you never want to entirely remove the fear of dying. The fear of dying is the whole point, you just have to play it safe, but don't strive to make the experience less of an emotional roller coaster than it was intended to be!

Beside all nice aspects of this game, the adrenaline you feel is priceless if you see a red point on your map or even another player standing on your wall and you don't noticed him coming.
Maybe you got an heartattack if you looking around on an abandoned place and you notice this red point of a mannequinn or opposite you think it is just a mannequin and it moves abruptly.
Maybe you will pray one day if you notice too late, that you can't evade a darkness monster.
And maybe you will be involved one day in a real PVP fight and you know for sure it will be your last day with this lovely toon.

I woke up this morning and got on, and heard someone fighting the wildlife outside of my camp, I took all the **** from my baskets and went back to bed, I didn't log on for 2 hours because I didn't know if they were still there. How do you deal with interaction in this game?
