How to play
1. Make sure you have Java installed on the machine. In the event you do not you may download it here https://www.java.com/en/download
2. Register at http://login.salemthegame.com
3. Download the client from http://game.salemthegame.com/java/salem.jnlp
4. Launch the client and log in, using your account name and password from SalemtheGame.com
5. Enjoy the game
Everything is ok, maybe a problem with the Java and web browser?

Does it not give you any sort of errors? The first time you run the game it will need to download the game itself, and after that you might encounter some security setting questions or issues depending on what your java's security is set to.

Antivirus? Firewall? Updated Java? Windows updated? tried restarting? reinstalling java? try using a custom client?
