But Marp couldn't be concerned with such trivial expeditions. He noticed two girls kissing on the bay when he exited the whale, it was Kuku and Shizuka!

And as he watched this unfold, his instinct kicked in, as he clearly concluded he had walked in on some kind of witchcraft ritual, what with the kissing and grinding. The dawning remembrance of Claeyt back in the stocks reminded him of his mission, and so he ran off into the woods in search of assistance in destroying the menace.

Denise was his name and he was becoming a menace to all of Providence and Popham. There were stories that he was indeed a lackey of Frotted and may have been prone to drinking heavily.

as he was searching frantically for help in the woods, marp found heffy standing afk next to a poop claim. "What are you doing here, Heffernan?!", he exclaimed.

But then the familiar face started to dissolve slowly, and an eerie breeze shook the nearby trees bringing forth a disfigured appearance of a mournful spirit. Reaching out with its ghastly hand, leaning forward, a grotesque parody of what used to be Heffs head, it screeched quietly, gradually raising it's voice as it spoke:
"you... left me there.... TO DIE!..."

Marp ran from the specter and it gave chase, brambles cutting against his arms and legs as he sought shelter and safety. But with one wrong step, he fell on his face before a sign that "Ta-Le-Qua" and he heard the soft rhythm of native drums beating in the distance.

Mother Lith sitting in front of a tent, beside her stand some natives of her old tribe and plays the drums.
The visit to the old places scares her every time, because she feeled chased by pilgrims.
But she is smiling, because too long she lives far away from them and it gives her a good mood to be a while close to them.
