This won't help new players much, and it is frightfully easy to just walk around the more inhabited areas and collect skins, feathers, and arrowheads from stumps. You don't even need skills to do this so it can be safely done with a newbie alt who then takes the goods home for the main to sell. And if you get lucky, you'll find a Whispering Snake Skull or some 7 use inspirationals if you pick foragables.
