Should Humble Meat Pie be added to the list since it is the only pie not listed besides Shepherds "Pie", which does not seem to require any pie dough?

But Humble Meat is "listed"... But the unbaked Version, for reason of the requirements.

It is listed in Potato Food... Maybe you need some other Skill for it too.
Can please someone who skill at the moment the Agriculture Skills look into it and figure out what is needed for the Pie?
