anyone else could have gone to popham, put in the effort and done the same thing i did but they did not so why shouldnt i enjoy myself for being the one to step up as usual? i went from a newb to controlling the server in around 3 weeks FYI so i am real not interested in hearing how "hard" it was for the entire game to do what i did in 3 weeks in the 8 months they had.

i could have just kept the animals to myself, instead i am allowing others to get some for about 3 - 4 hours worth of effort on their part making a character for me to eat.

livestock will be brought back to providence at that time and distributed to those who have participated in the livestock program, which almost 40 people have already done, the more that participate the easier it will be to get animals. this option is still available and very easy to do for those wanting to get involved, i have not updated the thread in a long time perhaps i should so folks know it is still available.

that would be cool, I want to get involved in it. Just didn't know how it works.

ROFL - the livestock program consisted of you having a toon to sacrifice to Darworth's ego on Popham... so he can return to Providence with his 6000 humor witch or something completely ridiculous.

Not really his fault though... after 12 months most folks didn't even try to finish the ark... see viewtopic.php?f=20&t=17986&hilit=Ark+status

Personally I blame JC for failing to recognize that Expedition server and the Ark specifically was a bad call and just wiping it and starting over vs letting it drag on as it has to no real purpose. He said it was meant to be 3-4 month long... and that how long it should have lasted. Tweak it and try again... instead 12-14 months later - we'll have Darworth walking around like a GD wiping everyone out at a cast of his fingers on a Witch nobody will ever be able to touch...

At this point- I'd rather see Popham last until Ark is finished (which is likely to be never)... by the time it is... enough of us will be in the ground in Real Life... it won't matter.

Just the way it is.

How did JC fail at it?

He created the "ark win" with the intent of force collaboration, people fail to get together and see it through and thus is a failure. Boards are truly easy to make a 3 hour old toon could make them easy. In truth it is just plain laziness.

Darworth is the only one with the conviction to see it through to finish. He has been saying he can win the server at any point, but really its been months sense he said that, during which the ark could have been completed, OR rushed darwoth to end the world ahead of his scheduled. But like always no body wanted to do anything about it. I offered to join towns or people to try and help finish the ark, but nobody would accept me due to fear.

This next expedidion ill run a town to see the goal done, if it gets attacked and ruined, oh well ill build another till its done, if anybody is interested in helping out PM. either way ill repost a collaborative post when the new server is out.

Awwww, so cute. I told you guys Darwoth was the kindest, gentlest, most thoughtful player , and, judging by this, he does tremendous things for others.
