dont remember yb and red shrooms but bb shrooms (boiled, stuffed with garlic) give poison when its omnomnom time

The poison is still going on. Just use a laxative after the session and it all gonna be ok.

so is there realy any reason to boil them if you still get poisoned after doing it.

i think yes, because that reduces the chance of getting poisoned

personally i prefer just gluttoning sugar caps (phlegm/bb) and lobster mushrooms (yb/blood). Between them they capture all of the biles, and it makes the gluttony management easier Neither of those have poison.
